La durée prévisionnelle des travaux :18 Mois Mission de base au sens de l'article R.2431-4 du code de la commande publique avec : - Diagnostic- Etudes d'exécution pour le gros uvre-Maçonnerie, la thermique (chauffage) et les fluides ;- Examen de conformité et visa des études d'exécution pour les autres corps d'état- Mission complémentaire: Fourniture de quantitatifs détaillés pour les lots pour lesquels les études d'exécution ne sont pas confiées.
