Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. L'ensemble des prestations de l'accord-cadre concerné par cet acte d'engagement sera rémunéré aux prix indiqués dans le Bordereau des Prix, soit par application des prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées, soit par application des taux de rémunération aux enveloppes prévisionnelles et aux coûts prévisionnels des travaux. Le coût prévisionnel définitif et le forfait de rémunération seront établis dans chaque bon de commande dans les conditions prévues au CCAP
