Description

Joint Procurement by Oaklee Housing Association (“Oaklee”) and Housing Association for Integrated Living (“HAIL”) of Contractors to undertake Responsive Maintenance including Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, Void Property Works, Major, Planned and Refurbishment Works and Cyclical Servicing and Maintenance of Heating and Electrical Installation to their housing stock located in 5 geographical groupings of Counties in Ireland, The Contracts will be for an initial 2 year period, with Oaklee and HAIL having the option to extend the contracts for a further 2 year period and with a further option to extend for another 1 year, giving a potential duration of 5 years.
