Description
Contrat-cadre pour la maintenance full omnium des équipements d’accès sécurisés unipersonnels installés dans les bâtiments occupés par le Parlement Européen à Bruxelles (lot 1), Strasbourg (lot 2) et Luxembourg (lot 3). Le présent appel d'offres concerne les installations et matériels disponibles au Parlement européen à Bruxelles, Strasbourg et Luxembourg pour lesquels la maintenance est mise en sous-traitance de type full omnium. Ce type d’installation et de matériel comprend des éléments ou équipements pour lesquels toute action de maintenance ou d’adaptation/modification requièrent une expertise, capacité technique, obligation légale ou de certification, outillage spécifique et exclusivement disponible auprès du fabricant/installateur et/ou toute autre obligation ou contrainte, raison pour laquelle le Parlement européen préfère externaliser les prestations.
