Le présent appel d'offres concerne la maintenance de type full omnium pour les installations et matériels disponibles au Parlement européen à Luxembourg mise en sous-traitance. Ce type d’installation et de matériel comprend des éléments ou équipements pour lesquels toute action de maintenance ou d’adaptation/modification requièrent une expertise, capacité technique, obligation légale ou de certification, outillage spécifique qui sont exclusivement disponibles auprès du fabricant/installateur et/ou prévoyant toute autre obligation ou contrainte spécifique, raison pour laquelle le Parlement européen préfère externaliser ce type de prestations.
