L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prestations portent sur la maintenance préventive et corrective ainsi que l'hivernage des bateaux équipant le parc de la commune de Sainte-Maxime. Actuellement, celui-ci est composé de six (6) bateaux, répertoriés ainsi: - Maxime XI - ZODIAC pneumatique semi-rigide - 1 moteur YAMAHA 2017 - 25 cv - Maxime XII - ZODIAC pneumatique semi-rigide - 1 moteur YAMAHA 2021 - 40 cv - Maxime XIV - ZODIAC pneumatique semi-rigide - 1 moteur YAMAHA 2008 - 30 cv - Maxime XV - Z MARINE pneumatique semi-rigide - 1 moteur YAMAHA 2013 - 25 cv - Maxime XVII - ZODIAC pneumatique semi-rigide - 1 moteur YAMAHA 2017 - 40 cv Commandant BIETTI - Bateau Police Municipale pneumatique semi-rigide - 2 moteurs MERCURY Vérado 2023-250 cv V8 - classé en division 222
