Cet appel d’offre met au concours les prestations de maintenance et dépannage du parc matériel restauration pour les 30 points de vente du campus de l'EPFL à Ecublens. Les matériels concernés sont le chaud, le froid, la laverie et matériel mécanique. A noter que tout le matériel branché sur le froid central n’incombe pas au prestataire, mais sera géré en direct par l’EPFL.
