La présente consultation concerne la maintenance préventive et curative des installations de chauffage, production d'eau chaude sanitaire, VMC et climatisation des bâtiments et points hauts du Sdis47 : maintenance des chaufferies ou sous-stations, gestion des comptages Gaz GPL, production d'Eau Chaude Sanitaire (supérieur à 300 litres), Ventilations Mécaniques Contrôlées, climatisation réversible (split, multi-split, DRV-VRV), pompe à chaleur, chauffe-eau thermodynamique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre « composite » correspondant pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande et pour partie à un marché ordinaire : -Accord-cadre pour les prestations de maintenance corrective. -Marché ordinaire pour les prestations de maintenance préventive
