Description
Tarjousta pyydettiin Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n (Heka) etelän, idän, lännen, pohjoisen alueiden ja erityisasunnot kohteiden LVV-teknisten korjaus- ja kunnossapitotöiden suorittamisesta hankinta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen kuuluvat palvelut on edellä mainittujen huoltoalueiden hallinnoimissa kiinteistöissä tai kiinteistöjen alueella tehtäviä LVV-teknisiä vikakorjaus- ja kunnossapitotehtäviä. Näistä esimerkkeinä voidaan mainita muun muassa putkivuoto-, putkitukos-, patteriventtiili-, WC-kaluste- ja käyttövesisekoittajakorjaukset, sekä vianetsintätehtävät.
