Description

Hankinnan kohteena on lukitusten uusiminen Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy:n (Haso) kohteisiin, jotka on ilmoitettu hankinta-asiakirjoissa. Kohteisiin sisältyy yhteensä noin 1 000 asuntoa. Lukitusten uusimisessa lähtökohtana on, että vain lukituksen välttämätön osa (lukkosylinteri) vaihdetaan ja muilta osin hyödynnetään tällä hetkellä käytössä olevat osat. Hankinta kattaa yhteensä 20 kohdetta. Hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi optiona 4 kohdetta. Töiden tulee olla valmiit viimeistään 30.11.2025 mennessä.
