Description
Es soll ein Rahmenvertrag mit einem Bieter abgeschlossen werden. Die Dauer des Rahmenvertrags beträgt sieben Jahre. Der Gegenstand des Rahmenvertrags ist die Erbringung einer Seeflugausbildung mittels Bereitstellung von Flugstunden (FH) auf einem marinespezifischen Ausbildungshubschrauber mit anschließendem Erfahrungsaufbau (gesamt BFT = Basic Flight Training) für angehende Hubschrauberführeroffiziere (HFO) durch den Auftragnehmer (AN).
