Die Gebäudehöhe über OK Gelände beträgt ca. 11,90 m. Die Gesamtabmesssung der Indoorlaufbahn beträgt ca. 78,80 x 6,10 m. Die Indoorlaufbahn wird komplett unter der Geländeoberkante eingebaut. Die Höhe beträgt von UK Bodenplatte bis OK Decke ca. 4,20 m. Insgesamt hat der Erweiterungsbau eine Grundfläche von ca. 840 m², die Indoorlaufbahn von ca. 474 m². Der umbaute Raum beträgt insgesamt ca. 15.950 m³. Rohrleitungssystem/Kanäle: - ca. 200 m Wickelfalzrohr - ca. 1.165 m² Lüftungskanal - ca. 260 m² fettdichter Lüftungskanal aus verz.
