Leistungen im Gewerk Lüftung - Wartung/ Prüfung/ Instandsetzung Bei der ausgeschriebenen Leistung handelt es sich um Wartungs-, Prüf- und Instandsetzungsleistungen im Gewerk Lüftung in Wohngebäuden, Wohnungen und Tiefgaragen. Der Umfang reicht dabei von Kleinreparaturen bis zum kompletten Austausch von Dachlüftern. Diese Leistungen erfolgen im bewohnten und unbewohnten Zustand. Der Zeitpunkt für die Erbringung der Leistung reicht von kurzfristig bei Instandsetzungen bis zu zwei Wochen bei der Wartung der Anlagentechnik. Der Einzelauftragswert ist in der Instandsetzung auf max. 10 T€ netto begrenzt.
