Lucrari electrice de mentenanta si modernizari din incidente, in retele de distribuție de joasa si medie tensiune si in posturile de transformare ce apartin S.C. Delgaz Grid S.A Iasi Metropolitan Obiectul achizitiei consta in executia lucrarilor, inclusiv furnizarea de catre operatorii economici a materialelor necesare executiei lucrarilor. In conformitate cu prevederile art.21 din Legea 99/2016, valoarea estimata totala a achizitiei este de 30.185.550,69 lei fara TVA, compusa din: - valoarea lucrarilor care fac obiectul achizitiei = 14.691.477,72 lei fara TVA, - valoarea materialelor puse la dispozitie de catre executant = 1.341.287,46 lei, fara TVA - valoare materialelor puse la dispozitie de catre executant/DELGAZ GRID = 13.612.785,51 lei, fara TVA si 540.000,00 lei fara TVA, reprezentand valoarea cotei forfetare Nota 1: Oferta se va intocmi in baza cantitatilor estimate maxime a AC conform Anexelor puse la dispozitie de entitatea contractanta, respectiv Anexele 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 si 1.4.
