Description
De aanbesteder wenst een opdracht te sluiten voor “Luchtthermografie”. Projectdoelstelling: een digitale thermografische luchtfoto van +/- 84 steden en gemeenten, over een grondoppervlakte van +/- 4.000 km². De thermografische luchtfoto is van een kwaliteitsniveau welke de aanbesteder in staat stelt om de isolatiegraad van gebouwen in kaart te brengen alsook om deze intuïtief te kunnen interpreteren volgens de reeds bestaande legende op onze website. De thermografische luchtfoto wordt aangeleverd onder digitale vorm, in unsigned 8bit (3band RGB), resolutie max. 1m op 1m, met coördinaten systeem EPSG 31370 (Lambert 72 Projected Coordinate System).
