Description
De aanbesteder wenst een opdracht te sluiten voor “Lubbeek kantoorgebouw”. Fluvius wenst haar bestaande regiosite aan de Diestsesteenweg 126 te Lubbeek te vernieuwen. Om dit te verwezenlijken is zij op zoek naar een aannemer. Hierbij zullen de bestaande constructies afgebroken worden en nieuwe opgetrokken worden. De vernieuwing dringt zich op omwille van o.a. de volgende factoren: • het verouderd patrimonium op de bestaande site; • het inspelen op de klimaatveranderingen; • duurzaamheid; • centralisatie werking regio; • … Er zal in dit dossier gekozen worden voor Single Sourcing.
