Description

This Call for Tender relates to the provision of audio visual, animation and festival production and delivery services for Lú Festival of Light. The contracting authority invites tenders from experienced creative studios, lighting designers, projection mapping specialists, and multidisciplinary event production companies for the creative design, animation production, technical delivery, and management of lighting installations for the Lú Festival of Light. The festival will take place in Drogheda from 23rd – 26th October 2026 and will animate the historic town centre through light-based storytelling experiences celebrating Drogheda’s architecture, mythology, heritage, and cultural identity. The festival will transform a series of historic locations into an immersive evening walking route of light, projection, and artistic installations, encouraging visitors to explore Drogheda’s town centre.
