Die ekom21 ist eine Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts und erbringt für ihre Verbandsmitglieder moderne Informations- und Kommunikationsdienstleistungen (IuK) aller Art. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Begründung einer Abnahmeverpflichtung zur Deckung noch nicht detailliert plan- und konkretisierbarer Beschaffungsbedarfe der Bezugsberechtigten für LoRaWAN Infrastrukturleistungen inkl. Planung, Montage und Wartung als Service mit optionalen Einzelleistungen.
