Description

The underlying intervention for the Technical Assistance (TA) is to support the EU-Liberia partnership. The TA aims at facilitating the implementation of the EU cooperation with Liberia and strengthening its impact while reinforcing the partnership with the country. It will enable the EU to provide for Technical Assistance and support related to the implementation of the NDICI and remaining EDF projects through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP). One Long Term Technical Adviser (LTTA) in keeping with the Action Document will support the MFDP in the implementation of the programmes/project under the NDICI, including the provision of the following tasks: - Support the MFDP in contributing to ontribute to the coordination dialogue associated with the of Team Europe Initiatives, includingthe dialogue aroon their relevance andtheir content; - Contribute to the successful elaboration, monitoring and coordination of the ARREST Agendas, the National Development Plan (NDP) and the dialogue around it, especially for the areas directly related with NDICI priorities; - Support the organizational development of the AMCU + NAO, in particular in the context of their merging,…
