Deze LTSA betreft een raamovereenkomst voor Lange Termijn Onderhoudswerkzaamheden en diensten o.b.v. de volgende scope: 1. Onderhouds- en revisie werkzaamheden, gekoppeld aan contractueel bindende minimale systeemprestaties en verbetering op de aspecten: a. Life Cycle Costs (LCC) b. Voertuigbeschikbaarheid c. Voertuigbetrouwbaarheid 2. Ondersteunende en aanvullende diensten waaronder: a. Diensten t.b.v. voorspellend onderhoud; b. Obsolescence management; c. Optimalisatie van de Total Cost of Ownership over de levensduur; d. Levering van Specifieke Materialen en onderdelen voor correctief onderhoud; e. Borgen van beschikbaarheid revisie- en wisseldelen. 3. De levering van specifieke onderdelen voor de resterende levensduur. -
