Description

AB Härnösandshus upphandlar Lokalvård för sina fastigheter. Avtalet omfattar städning av trapphus, entréer, tvättstugor och andra allmänna ytor i beställarens fastigheter. Ytterligare städarbeten i anslutning till detta kan komma att ingå i entreprenaden. I två av fastigheterna förekommer även kontorsstädning. Städning av lägenheter vid avflyttning ingår i uppdraget. Städuppdraget kan komma att minska eller öka under avtalstiden p.g.a. t.ex. försäljning av fastigheter eller nyproduktion.
