L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le Groupement de Commandes de Fontaine souhaite mettre en place un accord-cadre pour la location et la maintenance concernant des solutions d'impression. Les offres proposées devront répondre à l'objectif d'optimisation et de maîtrise des coûts d'impression. Les configurations et caractéristiques techniques particulières souhaitées de chaque matériel figure dans le CCTP et son annexe « Cadre de réponse technique »
