L’accord-cadre a pour objet la location temporaire de matériel technique et la fourniture de prestations de services dans le domaine de l’audiovisuel des expositions et du spectacle vivant. Cette solution vise à offrir au pouvoir adjudicateur souplesse et réactivité, notamment en cas de surcharge d’activité, d’indisponibilité de matériel ou pour répondre à des besoins ponctuels liés à des projets spécifiques, sans transfert de propriété.
