Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la location d'engins et matériels de manutention et de travail en hauteur au profit du Palais de Tokyo. Il comprend la livraison au Palais de Tokyo des engins et matériels sur le site de ce dernier et leur reprise pour le transport retour. A titre exceptionnel, la livraison et la reprise pourra se faire dans d'autres lieux désignés par le Palais de Tokyo (en Ile de France).
