Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Joensuun kaupungin liikenneselvityksistä ja -suunnitelmista, liikennevalosuunnittelusta sekä melu- ja tärinäselvityksistä sopimuskaudelle 01.03.2024 - 31.12.2025 + kahden (2) vuoden optio. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
