Description

Hankkeena on uuden päiväkodin rakentaminen Sillilän asuinalueelle Lietoon. Rakennuspaikka sijaitsee Jukolantie 31, 21420 Lieto. Urakkamuotona on kiinteähintainen tekninen KVR-urakka. Urakka sisältää hankkeen suunnittelun, rakentamisen ja laadullisen vastuun hankkeen lopputuloksesta. Päiväkotirakennuksen bruttoala on noin 1 900 m² ja lisäksi piha-alueelle rakennetaan noin 200 m² kota-katosrakennus.
