Description

Im Areal Eichhof West findet eine Flächenkonsolidierung der Geschäftsfelder (WAS AK, WAS IV, WAS wira und WAS Services) von WAS Wirtschaft Arbeit Soziales statt. Bei der vorliegenden Ausschreibung handelt es sich um eine Vergabe eines Liegenschaftsverwaltungsmandats bezüglich der in Anhang 01 Property Management Konzept aufgeführten Objekte der WAS Immobilien AG. Die Submission richtet sich dabei an Liegenschaftsverwaltungen. Diese werden in den Submissionsunterlagen auch als Anbieter/innen (AN) bezeichnet. Der konkrete Umfang der Dienstleistungserbringung ist im Anhang 04 Leistungsverzeichnis Liegenschaftsverwaltung zu entnehmen.
