Description
Ausgeschrieben werden mehrere herstellerspezifische Rahmenvereinbarungen in einem Verfahren mit entsprechenden Losen (ein Los je aktuellem Anbieter plus weitere Lose für neue/weitere Anbieter). Die jeweiligen Hersteller und Vertriebspartner der Hersteller können für die herstellerbezogenen Lose ein Angebot abgeben. Die teilnehmenden Auftraggeber sind berechtigt, während der Vertragslaufzeit über die Rahmenvereinbarung ihren Bedarf im Produktbereich Endoprothetik bei den Rahmenvertragspartnern zu bestellen. Die Entscheidung aus welchem Los abgerufen wird, erfolgt im Einzelfall nach medizinischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten.
