Description
Der Landkreis Emsland schreibt die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie (teilweise aus erneuerbaren Energien) für die Lieferjahre 2026 und 2027 mit der Option auf einmalige Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit um ein Jahr für die Liegenschaften des Landkreises sowie teilnehmender Kommunen und kommunaler Einrichtungen im offenen Verfahren nach GWB und VgV aus.
