Description
Der Auftraggeber schreibt den Strom- und Erdgasbedarf für ihre Abnahmestellen für den Lieferzeitraum 01.01.2025 bis 31.12.2028 aus, wobei die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028 optionale Lieferjahre darstellt, mit einer Kündigungsoption für beide Vertragsparteien. Die aktuellen Stromlieferverträge laufen zum 31.12.2024 24.00 Uhr und die aktuellen Erdgaslieferverträge laufen zum 01.01.2025 06.00 Uhr aus. Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Vertrages ist die Belieferung und der Transport der von den Auftraggebern benannten Abnahmestellen mit elektrischer Energie und Erdgas entsprechend dem tatsächlichen Bedarf (Vollversorgung) und damit frei Abnahmestelle.
