Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind: Los-1: Lieferung von Checkmk Enterprise Lizenzen und Los-2: die Etablierung, Konfiguration und der Betrieb eines Infra-struktur-Monitoring für die Mandanten DLR-IT und Ihre Service-Provider(SP). Die Leistungserbringung des Monitoring Service erfolgt im Umfeld einer Multi-Providerstruktur, bei dem die Leistungsnehmer initial die bestehenden und zukünftigen IT-Serviceprovider und DLR-IT sind. Es ist angedacht Monitoring-Dienstleistungen zukünftig auch Instituten und Einrichtungen des DLR zur Verfügung zu stellen.
