Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines Photonic-Wire-Bonding-Systems. Die geplanten Geräte sollen für das verlustarme optische Packaging photonisch integrierter Schaltkreise mittels 3D-gedruckter photonischer Drahtverbindungen (PWB) oder facettenangeschlosse-ner Mikrolinsen (FaML) eingesetzt werden. Die Druckmaschinen sollen über Software für automatisiertes photonisches Drahtbonden (Schnittstellenerkennung, 3D-Routing) sowie über automatisierte Entwicklungs- und Überkappungsfunktionalitäten für photonische Drahtverbindungen verfügen und sind für das neue KCOP Building / IMT am KIT - Campus Nord
