Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist eine Lizenzlieferleistung über Produkte und Leistungen des Herstellers Adobe auf Basis des Konsortiumsvertrages des LRZ München für die deutschen, stattlichen Hochschulen und Universitätskliniken und Adobe System Software Ireland Limited mit den Vertragsdaten: Adobe Contract Number: 01146119 Deal-Registrierungs-ID: DR3977440 Die Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (HAW Hamburg) führt als Auftraggeberin (= AG) und Konsortialführerin (= KF) diese Vergabeleistung für sich selbst und weitere Konsortialpartner (= KP) durch. Die HAW Hamburg ist als Konsortialführerin somit auch selbst Konsortialpartner. Weitere Konsortialpartner, mithin bezugsberechtigte Einrichtungen mit eigenem Produktbezugsportfolio sind: - HafenCity Universität Hamburg (HCU) - Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH)
