Description
Wij willen dat de lichtroute (in de openbare ruimte) rondom de jaarwisseling wordt ontworpen door lokale kunstenaars die de vrije hand krijgen om lichtkunst te ontwerpen. De locaties van de lichtprojecties worden in overleg tussen gemeente, vastgoedeigenaren en kunstenaars bepaald. In een creatief proces van enkele maanden bouwen we aan de lichtroute. De route heeft ieder jaar een uniek karakter met andere lichtontwerpen en andere locaties. . Om deze reden achten wij het niet haalbaar deze opdracht Europees aan te besteden en door middel van een aanbestedingsprocedure te gunnen. 1.200.000 euro
