Description
UvA-HvA is op zoek naar één en dezelfde Atlassian partner voor de volgende onderdelen: 1. Het, gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst, leveren van benodigde licenties JIRA, Confluence en te gebruiken plug-ins. 2. Het uitvoeren van een migratie van de huidige Jira en Confluence Data Center omgevingen naar de Atlassian Cloud omgeving, inclusief een ‘train the trainer’ aanpak om eindgebruikers te instrueren.. 3. Het helpen inrichten van het functioneel- en evt. technische beheer incl. overdracht van kennis/inwerken. 4. Het projectmanagement rondom de migratie doen ‘in the lead’ i.s.m. UvA-HvA, o.b.v. een door de leverancier opgesteld plan van aanpak waarin ook de verdeling van verantwoordelijkheden tussen leverancier en UvA/HvA wordt benoemd. 5. Het leveren van incidentele consultancy op basis van nacalculatie en afgesproken (staffels) van uurtarief/uurtarieven
