Das LIAG benötigt die Lieferung einer entwicklungsfähigen funktionsfähigen Großtriaxialanlage inkl. Steuerungssoftware, bestehend aus Presse und Röntgengerät, die bis spätestens zum 30.11.2024 ausgeliefert, übereignet und berechnet ist, so dass die vollständige Zahlung bis spätestens zum 31.12.2024 erfolgt ist. Die Steuerungs- und Anlagensoftware muss entweder entwicklungsoffen auf Basis open source entwickelt sein oder der Quellcode muss offengelegt werden, so dass die Weiterentwicklung durch das LIAG erfolgen kann.
