Description
Levering van circa 17.000 per jaar Test Strips ten behoeve van de bepaling van High Sensitivity Troponine I (HS-Troponine I) met gebruikmaking van reeds binnen de organisatie aanwezige TriageTrue apparaten van QuidelOrtho ten behoeve van de pre-hospitale acute zorg door Ambulance Rotterdam Rijnmond (hierna: ARR). De VRR is van oordeel dat de opdracht uitsluitend aan de partij QuidelOrtho kan worden gegund op grond van technische redenen waardoor de mededinging ontbreekt (art. 2.32 lid 1 sub b onder 2° Aw 2012).
