Description
Groep Sint-Franciscus vzw is actief in de ouderenzorg in de referentieregio’s Vlaamse Ardennen en Dender in drie gemeenten op vijf sites: • Sint-Franciscustehuis: Sint Martensstraat 3 - 9660 Brakel • OLV Ter Veldbloemen: Groot Bewijk 13 - 9860 Oosterzele • De Zilverlinde: Dreef 2 - 9860 Oosterzele • Sint-Jozef: Bruulstraat 17 - 9450 Haaltert • Sint-Anna: Stationsstraat 165 - 9450 Haaltert De aangeboden diensten variëren per site. Steeds gaat het over een woonzorgcentrum in combinatie met mantelzorg, kortverblijf, assistentiewoningen, dagverzorging, thuisondersteuning en/of een sociaal restaurant. De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van medicatie (geneesmiddelen en magistrale bereidingen), farmaceutische producten en medische hulpmiddelen (wondzorgmateriaal, verbandmiddelen, …) voor persoonlijk gebruik van de bewoners en voor de algemene werking van het woonzorgcentrum (mantelzorgkamers en kortverblijf inbegrepen). De bewoners van de assistentiewoningen en het dagverzorgingscentrum maken geen voorwerp uit van deze opdracht.
