Description
De Opdracht die met deze Aanbestedingsprocedure wordt aanbesteed betreft de levering van Brandstof. In deze aanbesteding zijn de volgende partijen betrokken: N.V. HVC: verantwoordelijk voor het faciliteren en coördineren van de aanbestedingsprocedure. Spaarnelanden N.V.: neemt deel aan de aanbesteding en zal bij gunning een eigen overeenkomst afsluiten met de winnende inschrijver. De Aanbestedende Dienst (hierna verder genoemd als ‘HVC’) treedt in deze aanbesteding op als hoofd aanbestedende partij voor de levering van Brandstof. Daar waar HVC genoemd staat, dient u tevens Spaarnelanden N.V. te lezen in de leidraad. De duur van de Overeenkomst is vastgesteld op 4 jaar. De Overeenkomst kan maximaal 2 maal met 24 maanden worden verlengd.
