Description
Medewerkers van de gemeente Doetinchem werken hybride. Vrijwel alle medewerkers werken regelmatig thuis. Dat betekent dat de werkgever de verantwoordelijkheid heeft om te zorgen voor ergonomische thuiswerkplekken. Tot nu toe konden medewerkers een ergonomische bureaustoel en een beeldscherm in bruikleen krijgen van de gemeente. Omdat het thuiswerken een structurele manier van werken in de gemeentelijke organisatie is, bestaat de behoefte en noodzaak om de thuiswerkplek te faciliteren.
