Description
Opdrachtgever wil zijn sanitaire middelen betrekken op basis van een zogenaamde ‘all-in huurconstructie’. De kosten van deze constructie zijn opgebouwd uit kale huur, servicekosten en verbruiksmiddelen, waarbij de kosten maandelijks middels een vaste aanneemsom in rekening worden gebracht. De opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een professionele leverancier die in staat is om op basis van haar kennis en ervaring een goede inschatting te maken van het verbruik.
