Description
Voor u ligt de leidraad voor de Europese openbare aanbesteding "Levering van Propaangas" van de Gezamenlijke Brandweer, aanbestedende dienst. De aanbestedende dienst zal een overeenkomst met de inschrijver sluiten, met daarbij de voorwaarden zoals in het beschrijvend document zijn genoemd. De Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die niet wordt uitgesloten, aan de geschiktheidseisen voldoet en op grond van de gunningscriteria de gunstigste inschrijving heeft gedaan. De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens na de definitieve gunning te starten met de overeenkomst.
