Met deze aanbesteding beoogt Opdrachtgever een leverancier te contracteren voor de levering, implementatie en beheer van één financieel systeem volgens het SaaS-principe met bijbehorende dienstverlening. Dit betekent dat de applicatie niet lokaal op de systemen van Opdrachtgever draait maar extern op de servers bij de te contracteren leverancier. 0
