N.V. HVC, (verder genoemd als HVC) is voornemend om binnenkort een meervoudig onderhandse mededingingsprocedure te starten voor het leveren en installeren van vijf Liner Hangers voor geothermiebron op de projectlocatie Alton in Heerhugowaard. Gezien de complexiteit, risico’s en de specifieke vereisten die gepaard gaan met de levering en installatie van de Liner Hangers wordt de opdracht weggezet als ‘werk’ onder CPV code 45251141 Geothermische krachtcentrale bouwwerkzaamheden.
