Description
Zij heeft als voorwerp de levering en het in bedrijf stellen van apparatuur voor het onderzoek en de ontwikkeling van de industriële schaalbaarheid van diverse nanotechnologische toepassingen (hierna genoemd: “het Toestel”). Het toestel zal gebruikt worden voor het karakteriseren en visualiseren van materiaaleigenschappen (morfologisch, chemische en structurele informatie). Het toestel dient minstens voorzien te zijn van een elektronenpistool met emissie op basis van een koud veldeffect (cold Field Emission Gun (CFEG)) en een laadplatform (stage) die niet enkel mechanisch bestuurd wordt. Het toestel moet ook in staat zijn om zowel manuele als automatische inspecties uit te voeren.
