Description
Deze opdracht is een overheidsopdracht voor leveringen in de zin van artikel 2 van de Wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten, B.S. 14 juli 2016. Zij heeft als voorwerp de levering en het in bedrijf stellen van een blanco wafer inspectietoestel (hierna genoemd: “het Toestel”), een optisch inspectie toestel voor 300mm wafers voor de snelle en geautomatiseerde opsporing van de kleinste defecten op blanco wafers of dunne laagjes materiaal.
