De aanbesteding betreft de vervanging van het huidige VTH-systeem ‘PowerBrowser’ door een nieuw systeem waarmee de huidige en eventueel toekomstige SAW@-deelnemers hun werkzaamheden kunnen continueren en daar waar nodig, gedurende de looptijd van het contract, kunnen laten aanpassen aan bestaand en nieuw te ontwikkelen beleid, wet en regelgeving en eventuele technologische innovaties. 1
