Description
Algemene Informatie De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) en het Maastricht Universitair Medisch Centrum+ (MUMC+) hebben de gezamenlijke ambitie om hun onderwijs-, onderzoeks- en vergaderfaciliteiten te voorzien van moderne, kwalitatieve en toekomstbestendige audiovisuele middelen (AV-middelen). Met deze Europese aanbesteding willen UM en MUMC+ één leverancier per perceel selecteren voor de levering van AV-middelen. De aanbesteding is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1: Universiteit Maastricht (UM) Perceel 2: Maastricht UMC+ (MUMC+) Het doel is om per perceel een leverancier te contracteren die verantwoordelijk is voor het leveren van audiovisuele apparatuur, inclusief bijbehorende ondersteuning en dienstverlening. De samenwerking richt zich op het realiseren van standaardisatie, hoge betrouwbaarheid, gebruiksgemak en indien nodig maatwerkoplossingen voor specifieke ruimtes of toepassingen. Inschrijvers mogen inschrijven op één of beide percelen.
