Riigihanke eesmärk on lennuraja hooldusmasina komplektide ostmine koos nende garantiiaegse remont- ja hooldusteenusega. Hankija soovib minna raamlepingusse kuni kahe pakkujaga, kelle vahel hakkab hankija läbi viima minikonkursse. Esimese hankelepinguga soovib hankija osta kaks lennuraja hooldusmasina komplekti. Kui pakkuja pakutud ühikuhind ületab hankija planeeritud eelarvet, on hankijal õigus hankelepingu sõlmimiseks tellitavat kogust vähendada.
