Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η λειτουργία και συντήρηση της μονάδας αφαλάτωσης με τη μέθοδο της αντίστροφης ώσμωσης στο Αργοστόλι Κεφαλονιάς δυναμικότητας 8.000 κ.μ. πόσιμου νερού την ημέρα, των τριών γεωτρήσεων που επίσης τροφοδοτούν εναλλακτικά το δίκτυο, την τοποθέτηση έξυπνων υδρομέτρων στο σύνολο των παροχών της πόλης του Αργοστολίου και παρακολούθηση, λειτουργία και συντήρηση του συνόλου των υδρομετρητών χρήσης της πόλης Αργοστολίου, καθώς και η τοποθέτηση και συντήρηση συστήματος prepaid - card τροφοδοσίας υδροφόρων και της ΔΙΑΔ.Ε.Υ.Α.Δ.Κ. για χρονικό διάστημα πέντε (5) ετών, με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης.
